After a busy festive season, our small team is now on holiday. Please note that no orders will be shipped until March.
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and usually process the order within 2 days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping is free on orders over £20.
We offer standard shipping with tracking.
The expected shipping times are currently between 2 - 4 weeks depending on destination.
Returns
We hope that you're happy with your order, however if you would change your mind all orders are eligible for return up to 14-days after receiving your order. Please email hello@twirlingco.com to begin the returns process.
All returns must be in the same condition that you received it, not used, and in its original packaging.
