Welcome to Twirling. Founded in London in 2023, we’re a small, female-led brand on a mission to sprinkle a little mindfulness into your daily grind - and we are thrilled to share our passion for fidget jewellery with you. Our journey began with a simple idea: to create beautiful accessories that not only look great but also help ease anxiety, improve focus, enhance mindfulness and reduce stress. Research indicates that fidgeting can significantly reduce stress levels, with studies showing a decrease in anxiety by up to 30% when engaging in tactile activities.
